Validation Test Technician

• Execute the tests and measurements in validation laboratory.
• Tests are performed in compliance with customer requirements/international norms·
• Prepare devices under tests (DUTs) and measuring stands.
• Create and prepare test protocols and test reports.
• Maintain and appropriate storage and labeling of DUTs.
• Supervision over technical documentation, test records and control-measuring equipment – electronic, electrical and mechanical tests equipment.
• Introduction and assistance in development of test methods according to customer requirements. Equipment maintenance and maintaining of daily order in laboratory environment.
• Support in purchasing process of necessary tools, goods and services.
• Timely performance of entrusted tasks in accordance with the quality system as applied at our Laboratory.

• Electronic and electrical measurements basics
• Multimeters and oscilloscope measurement basics
• Mechanical measurements basics (caliper, torqumeter)
• Mechanical connection basics knowledge of metric screws, nuts, washer
• Basic laboratory and modelshop tools like screwdrivers and threading equipment
• Manual skills of mechanical lab tools,
• Any skills from production assembly of mechanical elements etc,
• Excel basics – are required to fulfill measurement reports
• Basics of English in speech and writing to understand instructions properly
• Polish Association of Electrical Engineers (SEP) Electrician Certificate
