- You will support our clients in the business and organizational transformation journey, actively becoming a trusted advisor in PM subject matters for both clients and colleagues
- You will provide consultation and recommendations based on client’s requirement and develop relationships with team members across all company practices to serve client needs. You will work with various teams to ensure that client’s requirement, budget and milestones for projects are met
- You will be advising our clients within the context of transformation projects in the healthcare sector. This involves a business-oriented and holistic perspective with innovative approaches
Requirements
- Experience or a strong interest in consulting within healthcare organizations, such as hospitals, health insurance companies, or medical manufacturers
- Excellent communication skills in both German (min. C1) and English c1
- Any experience in digital strategy, transformation, or digital product development and customer-centricity is desirable
- Analytical and precise work style, along withexperience in agile and user-centered methods
