- We need to reinforce IT Service Desk and Support with Consultants to continue to deliver high level of IT service towards end users of Company. With limited personnel our capacity is lower and people in need of having IT support delivered must wait long time in the queues. When we slow down all people in need also slow down delaying their deliverables slowing down the bank
Requirements
- What we need to ensure is to have solid English proficiency and following skills:
-Active Directory
-VPN solutions troubleshooting
-Remote desktop troubleshooting
-Office365 proficiency in terms of usage but troubleshooting -Nice to have: knowledge/experience in Citrix area
