Your challenges
- Controls all aspects of project documentation (numbering & identification of documents, quality & compliance checks on documents, controls over documentation modification & issuance during its whole lifecycle) on multiple simultaneous projects, utilize Document Management System
- Prepares, operates and updates Document Control Procedures in line with the Company Standards & Project requirements
- Prepares templates used within the project in line with the Company Standards (with Client logo if applicable)
- Maintains a list (register) of applicable documents for Project
- Collects the documentation from Client/Vendors
- Distributes the documents to relevant people / organizations (internally & externally)
- Produces and maintains Document Progress Reports to Project Managers
- Controls, coordinates and supports the work of the project team members in the Document Management System
- Prepares and ships the Final & As-Built documentation
- Organizes and conducts trainings related to the Document Management System for the project team members
- Personally behaving in a safe manner

Requirements
- Experience in a similar position – min. 1.5-2 years (knowledge of the oil&gas industry will be a big advantage)
- Detail oriented; analytical skills
- Proactivity (ability to take initiative, ability to solve problems, etc.)
- Good knowledge of MS Excel
- Fluent knowledge of English (needed for everyday work)
- Teamwork orientation
