Solution Lead / Technology Lead

Your challenges
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business requirements and translate them into technical requirements
- Design and develop end-to-end technology solutions that meet business needs, while ensuring scalability, maintainability, and security
- Evaluate existing technology solutions and recommend new solutions to improve efficiency, productivity, and effectiveness
- Define and document technical architecture and solution designs that align with the organization’s standards and policies
- Provide guidance and support to development teams during the implementation of technology solutions
- Conduct technical reviews of code and designs to ensure adherence to technical standards and best practices
- Participate in project planning and project management activities, including estimation, scheduling, and resource planning
- Communicate technical concepts and solutions to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and concise manner
Requirements
- Previous experience in infrastructure management/management of solution implementation/technology architecture delivery
- Experience with SAP
- Experience in migration to AWS
- Proactivity, communicativeness, self managed
- English C1
