Software Tester / Salesforce QA Engineer

• Testing the software on #1 CRM – Salesforce.com platform
• Performing manual QA processes
• Work with Product Owners, Development team to define the functional and technical requirements during User Story refinement sessions
• Creating test plans and procedures based on clients’ requirements
• Report on bugs and their status as well as interaction with Developers in order to get them sorted out

Nice to have:

• Create automation test scripts based on given requirements

• 2+ years of experience in preparing, conducting and documenting software tests
• Experienced with Agile methods, practices and project management tools like Jira, TestRail etc.
• Previous experience with Salesforce applications would be an asset
• Knowledge of at least one objective programming language to be able to write automated tests (e.g. JavaScript/TypeScript)
• Basic knowledge of SQL/SOQL Queries
• Knowledge of REST/SOAP integration testing
• Strong technical writing skills in order to develop comprehensive technical specification documents, process flow diagrams, use cases, and test plans
• Growth Oriented mindset
• A reliable, responsive attitude toward delivering results and maintaining keen focus
• Excellent teamwork, communication and collaboration skills
• Analytical and problem-solving capability
• English at least at B2+ level

Nice to have:

• ISTQB certification will be an advantage
• Experience or willingness to learn about test automation
• Knowledge of Business Intelligence solutions such as Microsoft BI or others
• Knowledge of other foreign languages would also be a plus
