Salesforce Operations Specialist/ PM

Your challenges
- Work with the the Partner Portal team to keep backlog up to date and relevant
- Support daily Salesforce operations by helping triage incoming requests
- Work with the Salesforce Admins and Devs including external vendors to keep sprints on track
- Coordinate UAT schedules with internal teams and stakeholders
- Coordinate with Partner Operations to support with deployment and process changes
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in Salesforce development or project
management - Strong understanding of Salesforce and project management
principles - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Salesforce Developer certification
- Salesforce Project Manager certification
- Salesforce Admin certification
