Responsibilities of manage 8Ds for eATS programs:
- Tracking of customer returns for eATS program
- Roll-out standardization of field claim process acc. to VDA in Blonie
- 8D backlog documentation and communication within team
- 8D documenation within PDS system
- Tracking and status reporting
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience as Quality Specialist
- Very good knowledge of 8D
- Very good English language and communication skills
- Technical background
