Quality Manager

• Leading Quality-related matters towards customers and suppliers
• Work in accordance with group core strategies and quality policy and also IATF 16949, ISO 14001, ISO 45001
• Development of operating quality performance and proactive quality performance
• Development, supervision, implementation and maintenance of quality systems and standards
• Giving methodological support to other functions linked to Quality core tools
• Plan and conduct internal audits
• Leadership in problem solving
• Defining and managing the training programs for Quality together with HR to develop competencies
• Functionally managment of the entire Quality team
• Representing the company during the audits and supporting the auditors with interpretations and clarifications
• Taking actively part of the new process / product development to secure quality from the start

• Proven experience in Quality Managment in automotive market (min. 3 years)
• Higher education degree
• High and proven knowledge in quality core tools/methods and how to use those (APQP, SPC, PPAP, MSA, Control Plan)
• Knowledge of problem solving tools (8D, QRQC)
• High and proven knowledge in IATF 16949, ISO 9001 and VDA 6.3
• Experience in conducting internal quality trainings
• Very good knowledge of English and communication skills
• Established management, organization and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work under pressure and dynamically changing environment
• Very good knowledge of the MS Excel
