- Develop BI solutions from concept, design, build, test and release
- Be responsible for establishing efficient processes and defining tools for monitoring and reporting,
- Make judgements, clarifications and decisions with relevant stakeholders in building solutions,
- Work closely with your team members on data delivery and analytics in response to various complex ad-hoc requests, creating value-bringing tools and data insights
- Drive reporting delivery by taking ownership of both new and existing reporting solution
- Analyse the potential of automation in reporting and support its implementation
- Design and implement digital transformation solutions in compliance space
- Build data structures and flows to improve data quality
- Analyse, review and continually improve existing data, reporting and BI solutions and processes around them
Requirements
- Show drive and independence in reporting process design
- Customer centric attitude and a strong will to succeed
- Excellent collaboration and stakeholder management skills
- A responsive, organized, and professional nature, and is dedicated to project success
- A strong solution-oriented and analytical mindset
- Experience in Excel, Power query, PowerBI, SQL, Power Apps, Power Automate, M and Dax language
- Project management skills (waterfall, agile), with the ability to coordinate, plan and prioritise work in efficient manners
- Excellent English skills, both written and spoken
- Previous role as senior business analyst, product owner, tech lead, tech analyst
