- Detail Engineering and technical procurement services
- Technical Bid preparation including Technical Requirement Specification, Technical Procurement Specification, Requisition Sheet for Inquiry
- Purchase Order for list of tools such as compressors, pumps, exhaust and blow fans including Analysis, Comparison and Clarification with Vendors
- Preparing specifications such as TRS, TPS, Requisition Sheet for Purchase Order
- Review, Completion and Approval of vendor documents
- Expediting of equipment, material and documents
- Support for expediting department
- PIM as Technical support for quality department
- Coordination with vendor
Requirements
- Experience in a similar position in procurement of such tools as compressors, pumps, exhaust and blower fans
- Experience in tenders, analysis, clarification of technical requirements
- Supervision of equipment design and implementation
- Knowledge of ASME BASICS, Machinery Directive and PED basic
- Detailed knowledge of codes and standards for machines (e.g. API, ISO), e.g. API 610 pumps and/or API 618 Recip Compr, and/or API 560 blowers and/or, API619 Screw Compr
- Coordination of orders from a technical point of view
- Fluency in English
