Your challenges
- Review requirements for complex Cards migration programme, identify test approaches and plan required migration test activities.
- Design and implement tests
- Execute tests, report results including defects
Requirements
- Experience of planning and executing testing for complex data migration projects is a must
- Data analyst background/ experience
- In-depth knowledge in testing Mainframe related applications using Cobol, DB2, SQL, JCL Job schedulers such as Control-D/M.
- Experience with data comparison using extract files (CSV,TXT) , ability to automate file comparison is plus.
- Exposure to Unix/Linux, Shell scripting
- Technical – able to communicate with development teams, architects, test environment people to define testing scope and test environments to be used for testing.
- Hands on experience using Data Migration Tools
- Fluent communication in English. Smoothly working with teams who are distributed globally (Nordics, Poland, India)
- Proactive – able to speak up, challenge, search for solution to problems, able to work independently
- Drive / sense of urgency – understand when there is need for quick solutions to problems, act based on that.
- Strong problem solving experience and attitude
- Experience of SAFe and QA in Agile (agile testing)
