Your challenges
- Assist with PC deployment to end users
- Work with team members to develop, approve, validate,
and maintain problem-resolution databases - Install and upgrade software as needed after a reimage
- Manage assets including the billing and user information
- Return leased systems/equipment back to lease vendor (CSI)
- Work with team members to develop, approve, validate
and maintain problem-resolution databases - PC processing and de-provisioning requests for systems and accessories, stock management
- Processing of PC upgrades / refreshes of out-of-warranty / aged systems as per the business rules
- Processing reclaims / returns of systems for users leaving
the company
Requirements
- A minimum of two years (preferred) practical experience in the Computer Support field
- Windows Operating system: Windows 10 and iOS (MAC) is a plus
- Microsoft Office Applications, O365 is a plus
- Experience with mobile devices and mobile email
- Experience with troubleshooting network-related issues, such as client connectivity
- Intermediate PC Imaging process, including knowledge of Altiris
- PC hardware and Software troubleshooting
- Experience handling tickets on a Ticket Management tool and Asset Management Systems, such as ServiceNow or Altiris
- Solid understanding of the IT Service Management concepts, such as SLA, OLA
