Division Director

• Provide leadership to the entire branch, including mentoring and coaching
• Motivate team members to achieve excellent results and meet KPIs
• Define business plan & development strategy
• Perform motivation actions and coach/verify the quality of performance
• Forecast business development activities for prospects and existing customers
• Establish, develop and maintain a relationship with prospects and customers
• Monitor projects, ensuring customer satisfaction and consultants development
• Manage profitability

• Broad experience in sales within IT/Engineering/Consulting (min. 6 years)
• Aproximately 5 years experience in team management
• Fluent Polish and English both spoken & written
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Highly motivated and result-oriented
• Entrepreneurial spirit
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Openness for relocation
