Your challenges
- Represent the user when you work with cross-functional teams comprising fellow designers, researchers, product owners, and engineers to define product requirements
- Conceptualize designs that solve complex problems by creating user flows, wireframes, mocks and prototypes
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to communicate your design solutions with a high level of impact. Advocate for users’ needs during product and design reviews. Deliver designs for each release by following up on implementation and fit and finish with engineering teams
Requirements
- Portfolio showcasing your proficiency in translating research insights into great product experiences
- Understanding of user-centred design principles and an understanding of applying research insights into a great product experience
- Driving design decisions across engineering, product management, research and marketing; and shipping within deadlines
- Strong written, verbal and presentation skills to present design concepts, influence stakeholders and generate impact and empathy for users
- Strong interaction and visual design capabilities
- Experience in working with design systems
- Ability to build working relationships across distributed time zones
- 4 to 8 years of work experience in UX design, interaction design or visual design
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field or equivalent practical experience
- Proven experience in creatively solving complex enterprise problems
- Experience with design tools (Sketch, Figma, Illustrator, Photoshop, etc. )
- Experience with prototyping tools (InVision, Flinto, Principle, Framer, etc. )
