Thermal System Expert

• The expert is responsible for realizing the technical concept, technical feasibility and customer specification fulfilment of new product inside complete seat
• He/she gives the necessary releases during the development
  process
• Ensure new products meet system level performance, cost and timing objectives
• Ensure the product’s development
• Adherence of quality methods
• Keep the development plan up to date
• Ensure timely completion of each work package
• Define and supervise work packages of Technical Development and manage necessary changes
• Co-ordination with customers, suppliers and Industrial Engineering
• Establish product knowledge documentation and lessons learned
• Contribute to the continuous technical improvement of the metier

• Master’s degree in engineering focusing on thermodynamic & fluid mechanic
• Knowledge & practice of air flow simulation tools
• Minimum 5 years of experience in the automotive seating with Thermal Comfort Product development experience
• Strong written and oral communications skills
• Good knowledge of Program standards, tools and methods
• Good computer skills (MS-Office, CATIA)
• Basic finance skills
• Team player with good communication skills and an International mind set
• Minimum bi-lingual (English required) – German would be appreciated
