Supplier Quality Engineer

• Provide SQD plant assessment on new suppliers’ plant according to NSA (New Supplier Assessment)
• Provide to CQC, supplier plant industrial performance for current suppliers
• Manage the industrialization of parts during development phase and ensure the consistency of suppliers requested deliverables during development phase
• Accountable for Supplier readiness at launch
• Manage the greenfield (new supplier plant)
• Contribute to Qualification of Product and Process for parts or suppliers flagged with high risks
• Measure the production capacity installed by suppliers according to data given by project buyer
• Implement preventive and curative actions to improve industrial performance robustness of suppliers
• Ensure the industrial performances of suppliers’ sites and manage continuous improvement in mass production
• During major quality event, as yard hold, Field action) is leading action plan, manage supplier to identify root causes, and implement relevant actions to protect our plant and company’s final customers (control shipping, palliatives, correctives action)
• Check that lessons learned and risks are taken into account by commodity Quality Champions
• Perform regular audit to risky suppliers (1 or 2 per year according with risk assessment)

• Engineering Education
• Fluent English (nice to have: TOEIC 750)
• Technical Experience: 5 years of quality, manufacturing
• Quality methods and toolbox operational practice
• Process knowledge: project/program management, industrialization processes for the concerned technical scope, supply chain
• Leadership, results oriented
• Able to represent our company in front of Supplier plant director
• Openness to frequent business trips to the Czech Republic
