SCM Global Compliance Lead

• Lead activities around Company Supply Chain’s legal, regulatory and customer compliance requirements related to human rights and the environment
• Implement Company’s SCM Compliance process, performance metrics and operating framework to ensure meeting all Company Supply Chain’s legal, regulatory and customer compliance requirements and drive Company’s Supply-chain Sustainability and Ethical Procurement agenda
• Develop and implement process documentation as relevant for SCM Compliance risk assessment activity and legal reporting requirements (eg. German Supply Chain Act, Conflict Minerals)
• Build brand value of SCM Compliance team among stakeholders and ensure regular connect-up with key stakeholders
• Mix of management and self directed tasks

• Bachelor’s degree in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Business Management, Finance or similar
• Supply Chain management experience of min 3 years including focus on SCM Compliance topics (especially Human Rights & Environment)
• Fluent English language in speech and writing
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to work on multiple initiatives at the same time
• Accurate, analytical and process driven way of working
• Very good communication and presentation skills
• Proactive attitude, ability to work independently and passion to learn
• Problem solving skills
• Ability to work independently and manage the project(s)

Nice to have:

• Performance and management reporting experience
• Knowledge in developing and implementing processes and procedures
• Interested in Lean and continuous improvement
• Creativity and ability to collaborate and develop relationships
• Product Quality, engineering process knowledge
• Very good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel (e.g. Pivot Table/Filters/Formulas
  Vlookup/If/Or/And/ Conditional formatting/Charts) and Power Point, including data visualization
• Knowledge of international law is an asset (impact on Company’s understanding of these regulations including for example conflict minerals reporting requirements, German Supply Chain Due Diligence Act, Uighur Forced Labor Prevention Act)
