Quality Engineer

• Quality controlling of inhouse made part before assembly to the engine
• Collecting all the data and analyzing them after our engine disassembly
• Building a quality management system from the beginning
• Defining control plans and quality control instructions
• Troubleshooting and resolving complex problems on our prototypes using 8D standard
• Collecting the data about internal non-conformance made inhouse or delivered by suppliers

• Master degree in production engineering, quality management or similar
• 3 years experience in quality field
• Ability to use metrology equipment as caliper, micrometer, shadowgraph
• Ability to readand understand drawings and electrical scheme
• Knowledge of the turning, milling and grindind processes
• Knowledge of the 8D report including support tools as 5 Why or Ishikawa
• Knowledge of the FMEA (all the types), Control Plans, GaugeRR – knowledge of PPAP will be an advantage
• Ability to cooperate with suppliers during requirement definition phase
• Knowledge about ISO 9001 or IATF 16949 will be an advantage
• Knowledge of English language both written and spoken
• Proactive approach
