Project Manager/Program Manager

• Scheduled periodic meetings, support and monitor suppliers in order to respect the defined delivery times in the orders and to achieve the technical and quality requirements in collaboration with Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering and Quality depts.
• Launch of production readiness activities of the suppliers involved in the program: preparation, sending and collection of responses to the check lists according to Avio Aero’s standard templates
• Follow up on the actions defined during the readiness verification activities.
• Support the Sourcing team (Commodities and Sourcing Readiness) in identifying the risks associated with the identified Supply Chain.
• Monitoring of Sourcing and Program KPIs

• Knowledge of main manufacturing processes and aeroengine modules components
• Familiar with technical drawings
• Experience in Program/Project Management
• Ability to influence others and work in cross functional team
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to successfully complete multiple tasks within established and changing deadlines and ability to think strategically
• Problem solving attitude and results oriented
