Operational Controller

• Together with other controllers, you consolidate, check and publish summaries for general management
• You carry out analyses, with the aim of providing input for management committees, in which you may also participate
• Together with the other specialists, you ensure that the department’s procedures are kept up to date
• You take part in the specification of new business tools or their upgrades, as well as in the testing or stabilization phases
• You demonstrate a strong ownership in understanding business needs and driving business valued outcome

• Completed studies (preferred: Audit, Finance, Economy or similar)
• Minimum 2 years of experience of analysing complex data sets and using these to draw conclusions and develop recommendations
• Excelent, practical knowledge of Microsoft Excel
• Knowledge of VBA, PowerBi, PowerQuerry
• Strong Analytical Skills
• Ability to interface with directors
• Strong organizational skills and time management
• Responsibility for the tasks entrusted
• Fluent Polish and English both spoken & written
