Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Senior Developer

• Extend Dynamics 365 CE with Plug-ins and Workflow Custom Activities using C#
• Extend Dynamics 365 CE with JavaScript and WebAPI
• Customise and configure Dynamics 365 /CE using Power Platform, specifically Power Automate and Power Apps
• Document User Stories, Acceptance Criteria in Microsoft Azure DevOps
• Prepare Solutions and Builds using Microsoft Azure DevOps involved in deployments and releases.
• Involved in requirements workshops and providing innovative solutions and demoing and presenting.
• Provide Production Support, resolving bugs and issues and managing user queries

• Proven experience in extending Dynamics 365 CE with Plug-Ins using C# and be able to describe low-level technical description of code, as well as quantifying business benefits.
• Proven experience in extending Dynamics 365 CE with JavaScript and be able to describe low-level technical description of code, as well as quantifying business benefits.
• Proven experience in extending Dynamics 365 CE with Web APIs and be able to describe low-level technical description of Web API, as well as quantifying business benefits.
• Proven experience in Customising and configuring Dynamics 365 CE using Power Platform and be able to describe low-level technical description, as well as quantifying business benefits.
• Thorough understanding of DevOps model – CI/CD, Pipelines, etc
• Exhibits good analytical and problem-solving skills, takes initiative, and comes up with innovative solutions.
• Motivated, enthusiastic attitude, and pro-active self-starter and quickly become self-sufficient.
• All-rounder – someone who can develop front and back-end, document Product Backlog Items, conduct System Testing, providing Production Support
• Confident in dealing with various business stakeholders – supporting and challenging the business.
