Logistics/Customs and ITC (Internal Trade Control) Specialist

• Support Customs, Logistics and ITC processes according to policies, and external regulations
• Coordinate shipping, customs and receiving tasks with external Logistics team, Customs agency, ITC team and employees to ensure timely and high quality process operation
• Make entries in the trade control register
• Manage documentation and metrics related to the Internal Trade Control System, Logistics and Customs
• Other tasks in Logistics, Customs, ITC and adjacent areas

• Excellent time management, planning and efficient execution of tasks
• Good knowledge of MS Office
• Good knowledge of English in speech and writing
• Very good communication skills, ability to connect with multiple stakeholders to solve issues
• Any experience in field of logistics, customs, or ITC will be additional advantage.
