Key Account Manager

• Nurturing relationships, cultivating and sustaining robust connections with portfolio of assigned customers
• Cross-selling and up-selling services to customers
• Crafting proposals and leading negotiations
• Cooperating with internal departments
• Managing a team of IT engineers
• Achieving of the set sales targets

• MA in business administration, sales or similar
• Wide experience in sales positions (preferred in IT Services and IT Consulting)
• Knowledge of the IT landscape
• Fluent in English (written and spoken)
• Ability to build trust and maintain long-term relationships with customers
• Determination and ambition to achieve goals
• Outgoing, proactive, and open-minded personality
• Ability to work independently and manage own time
• Professional approach to work and strong sense of responsibility
