Global Procurement Compliance Process Lead

• Standardize & streamline Global Procurement Process and Procedures
• Roll-out and implement global systems and tools for Procurement, driving seamless integration with category and product line strategies
• Support creation and maintenance of process documents (Procedure, Policy, Work Instruction) for SCM globally by partnering with the process owners
• Design and deliver tools and guidelines to improve access to procurement processes
• Increase best practice procurement coverage and compliance through the broad adoption of governance, processes and tools
• Participate in all process-related improvement projects / initiatives for Supply Chain
• Continually communicate with internal and external stakeholders on procurement policy and process applications, including consulting with procurement team members on policy and process matters, and market research principles
• Actively participate in problem solving
• Ensure purchasing practices are consistent, open, and designed to encourage maximum competition and best value for money

• Bachelor’s degree in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Business Management, Finance or similar
• At least 3 years’ experience in managing procurement, practical experience of developing procurement strategies and policies for large organizations
• Fluent English language in speech and writing
• Experience in process development & improvement
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to work on multiple initiatives at the same time
• Accurate, analytical and process driven way of working
• Very good communication and presentation skills
• Proactive attitude, ability to work independently and passion to learn
• Problem solving skills
• Ability to work independently and manage the project(s)
