- Minimum Bachelor’s degree
- Minimum 3 years of experience in business development / active sales (preferred in IT Services and IT Consulting)
- Willing to develop new business opportunities and ambitions into success
- Knowledge of the IT landscape
- Ability to understand customer needs with problem solving approach
- Responsibility for the tasks entrusted
- Strong organizational skills and time management
- Fluent Polish and English both spoken & written
- Active driving license will be an advantage
- Experience in engineering area would be an advantage
