EIS Developer /Tester/BA

Developer tasks:

• Design, develop, and customize components of the EIS Suite platform according to business requirements
• Implement enhancements and modifications to existing features and functionalities
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to diagnose and resolve complex issues

BA Tasks:

• Gather and Analyze Business Requirements: Collaborate with stakeholders
• Translate business requirements into clear and concise functional specifications and user stories for development teams
• Ensure alignment between business needs and technical solutions within the EIS Suite platform
• Act as a liaison between business stakeholders, development teams, and other project stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration
• Coordinate UAT activities, gather feedback from business users, and ensure that EIS Suite functionalities meet business expectations

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field
• Experience with EIS Suite Development: min 6 months
• Some experience in developing and customizing components of the EIS Suite platform is essential
• Familiarity with EIS Suite modules such as policy administration, claims management, and billing is preferred
• Proficiency in Java and Enterprise Java Technologies
• Experience with integration technologies such as RESTful APIs, SOAP, and messaging queues is necessary for integrating EIS Suite with external systems.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills are necessary for effectively interacting with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and end-users
• Scrum experience
• English B2/C1
