Your challenges
- Develop and implement change management strategies and plans that maximize employee adoption and usage of required changes.
- Anticipate and minimize resistant behaviours from employees and stakeholders impacted by the changes
- Facilitate communication between project teams, management, and employees. Ensure clear, timely, and transparent information flow regarding change initiatives.
- Provide direct support and coaching to front-line managers and supervisors as they guide their teams through changes
- Understand stakeholders’ responses to change and tailor communication accordingly.
- Connect change initiatives to the organization’s overall strategy.
- Conduct impact analyses to assess the effects of changes on various aspects of the organization.
- Evaluate change readiness and identify key stakeholders.
- Enable the design, development, delivery, and management of key communications related to change.
- Ensure effective communication channels are in place.
- Collaborate with project managers and project teams to integrate change management activities into project plans.
Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree in preferred fields such as marketing, communications, business administration, economics, social disciplines, or related.
- Relevant certifications in change management can be advantageous.
- Understanding of change management principles and methodologies.
- Familiarity with change management frameworks (such as Prosci’s ADKAR model) and tools.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.
- Ability to craft clear and compelling messages for different audiences.
- Proficiency in stakeholder engagement, including managing expectations and addressing concerns.
- Leadership skills to guide teams and individuals through change.
- Ability to influence and motivate stakeholders at various levels within the organization.
- Basic understanding of project management principles.
- Experience in integrating change management activities into project plans.
- Comfort with ambiguity and the ability to adapt to evolving situations.
- Resilience to manage resistance and setbacks.
- Hands-on experience on global and multi-national environment, especially GBS organisation, would be a big advantage.
