Bid Manager

• Lead tenders after analysis and distribution of tasks to internal stakeholders, review/validate information received from the internal stakeholders
• Recommend business solutions and reviewing pricing
• Respond and assist on requests timely, accurate and quality responses are delivered to the requesting parties
• Support to maintain a pricing database under guidance of manager and product/s
• Maintain monthly tender data records and follow up on progress of submitted tenders
• Interface with other functional groups, as well as with customers in creating/delivering customer driven services and solutions
• Monitor the customer experience market (new trends etc.)
• Actively participate in the qualification of customer needs (Engineering or IT-ES related) and the challenges associated with the project subject of consultation
• Ensure post bid analysis is performed by bid owners for all bids, both successful and unsuccessful, ensure received tender feedback is shared with relevant functions in the organizations
• Support the interlocutors in defining the response strategy and challenge the solutions
• Contribute to the production of the technical and financial response

• Bachelor/master’s degree
• 3-5 years of experience as a bid manager, proposal manager or a similar role
• Experience in managing bids and proposals
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills – both Polish and English, with the ability to present complex information clearly
• Attention to detail and high accuracy in bid preparation and review
• Ability to create visually attractive bid presentations
• Excellent organisational and time management skills (prioritise tasks, meet deadlines)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to assess bid opportunities and develop winning strategies
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Proficiency in MS Office applications
